New album launch & interactive VR platform

Michul Kuun, alias NAH, is an American percussionist, producer and visual artist who lives and works in Belgium. NAH is known for his visceral live performances and hair-raising noise eruptions. Those who have seen him at OUT THE FRAME or Nightshift can confirm. For VIDEODROOM he’ll be presenting his latest project, ‘Mortal Glitch’: an album launch in a virtual world, designed in collaboration with the Ghent-based virtual reality agency OISOI. Also featuring on the album are Iggor Cavalera (ex-Sepultura), Cities Aviv and Vooruit resident Charlotte Adigéry.

‘Mortal Glitch’ is also an interactive virtual playground, tailor-made for NAH. It’s not only a platform for releasing music, either: live performances and sensory installations are set to debut on the platform in the near future. ‘Mortal Glitch’ is a must-do experience that offers both a critique of and a response to our current limitations with regard to experiencing live music and visual art. One thing is already clear: the changeover to our new reality will not proceed in silence.
